Virtual Warehouses
Each distributor gets its own virtual warehouse in your inventory system. You can see distributor stock alongside your own, without it inflating your inventory valuation.
Purchase Order Submission
Create and submit purchase orders to your connected distributors directly from CloudFFL OS. Standard orders, dropship orders, and firearm-specific dropship flows are all supported.
Product Discovery
Browse products your distributors carry that you don't yet stock. Import new items into your catalog with one click. Product details, images, and pricing come over automatically.
Cross-Distributor Price Comparison
When multiple distributors carry the same product, CloudFFL OS shows you each distributor's cost and availability side by side, so you can find the best deal without checking multiple websites.

Enter your API credentials for each distributor in the settings. CloudFFL OS handles the connection details for each distributor's API. A test connection button confirms everything is working before you go live.
Run Your First Catalog Sync
CloudFFL OS pulls the full product catalog from each distributor, tens of thousands of items with pricing, availability, and detailed specifications. Products are matched by UPC to avoid duplicates across distributors.
Import Products You Want to Carry
Browse the unified catalog and import the products you want to sell into your own product catalog with one click. Product details, images, and pricing come over automatically.
Order and Restock
Check real-time availability, compare costs across distributors, and submit purchase orders without leaving your system. When shipments arrive, receive them into your inventory and distributor stock updates automatically.
