We took a different approach. We started with Odoo, the world's most-used open-source business platform, and focused all of our effort on the firearms-specific layer: the compliance workflows, the serialized inventory, the industry integrations, and the dealer experience. Meet the Founder

CloudFFL OS is led by Chris Gillio, who spent over a decade in firearms retail and e-commerce before starting the company. The frustrations that shaped this platform are not theoretical. They're the same ones Chris dealt with every day running the kind of business CloudFFL OS is designed for: software that didn't understand the industry, compliance tools that didn't talk to inventory, and vendors who treated FFLs as a problem to be managed.
