Guided Launch is included with every annual plan. With monthly billing, it is an optional one-time $999 service. Teams comfortable following the documentation and Knowledge Base can also get started independently.

The Knowledge Base Is the Self-Service Path
CloudFFL is designed so your team can work independently from initial setup through everyday operations. Secure step-by-step documentation, workflow guides, and the AI assistant are included with every CloudFFL OS plan.
Normal platform support remains part of CloudFFL OS. If something is broken, access is not working, or the documentation has a gap, contact us and we will help close it.
